- Didn’t get a perfect score? Are there more than 2 attempts in my database? Did you use different email addresses? Did you request a certificate anyway? If so, it appears that you cannot follow instructions and, therefore, your request does not merit a response. However, you can try again in 30 days to reflect that you can follow the rules.
