If you are not sure if your e-mail is spammy — chances are it probably is! Things like attaching gargantuan files, formatting every word in a different font or color, or embedding a graphic can cause red flags — and your e-mails to get blocked.
Spammy e-mails get rejected by servers, returned to sender or inadvertently deleted. We all hate spam, right? So we have to make sure we don’t look spammy and get misidentified as spam causing our e-mails to not be delivered.
This requires just a bit of information and no effort really. By communicating with the written word instead of relying on formatting to get our message across and understanding a few simple variables you can help to make sure your e-mails make it to those you are sending to.
Here is an article on the topic so you can make sure you aren’t sending spamming e-mails!
