		<description>My cousin does this, she and I are not super close, but not totally distant.  I email her from time to time and either she totally ignores me, or takes a week or more to get back with me.  It&#039;s hurtful when you take the time to contact someone and they totally ignore you.  So thanks for this info.</description>

		<description>I do not have a problem with people using upper case or red or any other colour.  Sometimes capital letters or red is good for highlighting important information.  If people want to yell,  they should be more selective in their choice of words to get the point across.</description>
